Showers and thunderstorms will move into the Ozarks from the northwest Tuesday night.
The National Weather Service says a few strong to severe storms are possible, with the best chances north of Interstate 44 late at night into early Wednesday morning.
60 mile per hour damaging wind gusts and quarter size hail will be the biggest threats, along with heavy rainfall.
Some areas of southern Missouri south of I-44 may not see any storms.
