Chris The Critic Movie Review – KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON

When my favorite director makes a flick, excited is an understatement! “Killers of the Flower Moon,” directed by Martin Scorsese, is a very important film. MOON is a gripping story with visually stunning cinematography. Based on the popular book, this dives into a dark chapter of American history. Set in the 1920s, the film is a haunting tale of murder, conspiracy, and the sinister forces at play in the Osage Nation. Scorsese’s impeccable direction and a stellar cast, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, and we’ll be hearing the name Lily Gladstone come awards season … bring David Grann’s non-fiction book to life. The attention to detail in recreating the period is what Scorsese does well. This is a complex mystery and drama that has a quiet way of keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. MOON showcases Scorsese’s unparalleled talent as a storyteller.

Although shortly, MOON will be on Apple TV+, it should be seen the ONLY way an epic should be seen … ON THE BIG SCREEN!
